You will report into a Senior Site Manager and be responsible for an Assistant Site Manager.

You will be able to lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company's needs.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will have to travel to the customers own home and assist them with daily tasks that are set out in their Care Plan. Training & QualificationsFull training is provided for anyone joining Caremark and for those looking to further themselves we offer extra opportunities with training specialists.
